About the Role
SURFING INSTRUCTOR – Byron Bay & Arrawarra The Role: This role is suitable for someone who is very approachable, hard-working, pays attention to detail whilst providing a quality product and always keeping a smile on their face. The position focuses on a mixture of daily hours, some days may require working more hours and others less depending on operations. Job Description: To introduce yourself to new groups and customers daily Conduct surf lessons as and when required providing Beginner to Advanced Instruction Check surf conditions daily and selecting the most appropriate surfing location Frothing and yeewing with the groups, making sure they are having a sick time Look after all surf equipment and report any damages to the operations manager Provide an excellent professional service for all customers Attend a weekly team meeting and weekly training session Provide customers with information about extensions and photo packages available Promote all Mojosurf products, packages and tours and complete any admin or other ad hoc tasks when required
Requirements
Valid Level 1 ASI Surfing Instructor, First Aid and Rescue qualifications are required. Instructor Training is provided. Driving licence required Priority for LR drivers
