About the Role
As an RYA Senior Instructor, you will lead, mentor, and manage a team of instructors to deliver high-quality sailing and powerboating courses aligned with RYA standards. You will ensure safe, engaging, and educational experiences for students of varying skill levels, contributing to a positive learning environment on and off the water.
Requirements
We are looking for a capable and enthusiastic Senior Instructor with sailing and paddlesport qualifications to help us take the next step in expanding the project. The SI will primarily deliver sailing and paddlesports instruction, and, depending on qualifications, other courses and activities, working with volunteers in community projects and gaining experience in other disciplines. This is a unique opportunity for personal and professional development, with year round employment on the beautiful Kintyre Peninsula, and a relaxed and efficient working environment
About the Company
Kintyre Seasports is a ground-breaking charity based on the shores of Campbeltown Loch. We connect community organisations, watersports clubs and education providers and deliver health and well-being, education, and employability opportunities in the form of Changing Lives programmes; as well as non-profit commercial tourism to help cover costs and generate economic benefit. The project is actively supported by RYA Scotland.
