  • Featured Adverts: Employers may pay a fee to promote their job listings as featured ads.

 

2. Refunds for Featured Adverts

2.1 Refund Eligibility

Refunds for featured adverts may be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: If the job listing was not properly displayed due to a technical issue on Nautical Nomads’ end, you may request a refund or repost the advert without additional charges.

  • Service Errors: If you have been charged incorrectly or for services not received, you may be eligible for a refund after review.

2.2 Non-Refundable Circumstances

Nautical Nomads does not provide refunds for the following:

  • Change of Mind: If you decide not to use the featured advert after purchase.

  • Low Response Rate: We do not guarantee the number of applications or engagement with your job listing.

  • Errors in Job Listings: It is the responsibility of the employer to review and ensure the accuracy of job listings before they are posted. No refunds will be issued for errors in job descriptions or details.

 

3. Cancellation of Featured Adverts

3.1 Cancellation Before Posting

If you purchase a featured advert but decide to cancel before the job listing is posted, you may cancel the listing and receive a full refund, provided the cancellation request is made within 24 hours of purchase.

 

3.2 Cancellation After Posting

Once a featured advert has been posted, it cannot be canceled or refunded. However, you may remove the job listing from the website at any time by logging into your account.

 

4. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

To request a refund or cancel a featured advert, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Support: Email our support team at info@nauticalnomads.com with your order details and reason for the request.

  2. Review Process: We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 10 business days of approval and will be credited back to your original method of payment.

 

5. Disputed Payments

If you believe there is an issue with a payment or you have been charged in error, please contact us immediately at info@nauticalnomads.com. We will investigate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

 

6. Changes to the Refund and Cancellation Policy
