Employers and job seekers may be required to create an account to use certain features of the website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activities conducted through your account. You agree to notify Nautical Nomads immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

 

5. Job Posting Guidelines

  • Employers must ensure that job listings are accurate, lawful, and relevant to sailing, watersports, or related maritime positions.

  • Nautical Nomads reserves the right to remove any job listing that we believe is inappropriate, misleading, or in violation of these Terms.

  • By posting a job on Nautical Nomads, you grant us the right to use, display, and distribute the content of the job advert on our platform and associated marketing channels.

6. Fees and Payments

  • Basic Advert: Free of charge.

  • Featured Advert: A fee will be charged for promoting a job listing as a featured advert. The specific fee will be listed on the website at the time of posting.

  • Payments for featured adverts are processed securely through third-party payment providers. By using our paid services, you agree to comply with their payment terms.

7. Application Process

Job seekers can apply for jobs by submitting their CV and contact information via the platform. Once submitted, this information will be sent directly to the employer who posted the job. Nautical Nomads is not involved in the hiring process and does not guarantee employment for any user.
